About Our English Support

• A dedicated English-language outpatient clinic is available every Saturday (Consultation Hours: 9:00 AM – 11:30 AM).

• During these hours, patients can receive urological consultation and medical care in English from an English-speaking doctor (Dr. Shigeta).

• Nurses and reception staff use translation devices whenever additional language support is needed.
• Patients who speak languages other than English are also welcome. Translation devices are available to assist communication.

• Some medications may be provided directly at the clinic.

Insurance & Payment

Patients with a valid Japanese health insurance card (including My Number Health Insurance Card) can use insurance coverage

Patients without Japanese health insurance will be treated on a self-pay basis

International patient fees are set as comprehensive packages, which may be higher than standard insured rates

Fees may be up to 3 times the standard insured cost

If you plan to use travel insurance, please answer on the Google Form questionnaire or inform us at the reception.
